Cordless Roman Shades

Our Augustus Cordless Roman Shade collection features a soft, subtly textured faux linen shade that instantly elevates any room, while the blackout lining fully blocks sunlight. The Roman shade fabric lays flat when lowered, and an innovative roller mechanism pulls the shade up in a single, smooth motion without any cords.

This collection is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms. Included with the shades is four-way mounting hardware, allowing for inside or outside mounting of the window frame, as well as wall or ceiling mount brackets.

The shades are made of 100% polyester and feature a 100% blackout fabric, with a three-pass foam backing and a white outer facing. Each shade has a depth of 2 inches.

The built-in cordless lift system is CSA and ANSI compliant, making the Roman Shades a safe solution for homes and facilities with young children and pets. To adjust the shade, simply hold the concealed handle on the rear bottom rail and raise or lower it to the desired height.

These shades are energy-smart, providing thermal insulation and helping to regulate room temperature, making them great for energy-saving.

When mounting the Roman shades, you have the option of installing them either inside or outside the window frame. Mounting them inside the frame allows you to showcase the window's trim, but may result in a small light gap on each side of the shade. Mounting them outside the frame can help eliminate that light gap when the shades are lowered. For optimal light control and privacy, a two-inch overlap on each side of the window is recommended.
